Whether this really helps hair grow, I don't know for sure, but I think exercising is good for health, attitude, pare, etc. so why not anyways, right?!
#5 Become LESS TRIMS! – You lot've heard me say information technology and I will say it a million times over again, just for heavens sake can we arctic out with the trims?!
